Flash Therapeutics
Flash Therapeutics (FTX) is an integrated gene therapy company developing gene and cell-based therapies by leveraging bioproduction technologies and its proprietary lentiviral platform including regular integrative lentiviral vectors (DNA delivery) and the patented non-integrative LentiFlash® technology (RNA delivery. Both lentiviral technologies represent unique opportunities in the gene delivery field by providing complementary solutions for dedicated applications. Integrative systems lead to a stable expression of proteins or defective cell effectors and LentiFlash allows a transient expression to trigger a one-step cell mechanism as antigen or nucleases expression.
With its versatile bioproduction capabilities and lentiviral-based DNA & RNA delivery platform, FTX provides a continuum of manufacturing and scientific support from discovery to clinic. We offer first premium bioproduction capabilities dedicated to discovery and preclinical uses and secondly a GMP manufacturing platform dedicated to clinical use. FTX has completed its first integrative lentiviral offer by leveraging new RNA-delivery technology, which allows RNA delivery into the target cells without integration into the genomic DNA, for therapeutic purposes. LentiFlash® technology, has the potential to address many diseases such as cancer, viral infections, or genetic diseases mediated by gene editing as well as immunotherapy approaches.
